ED at a young age?!? Please help me!

I am well pissed off! I got off with this woman last night and this was the first time for a while. Then I couldn’t get an erection. At all! I have been wanking to stupid porn a lot recently as I have been on my own and frustrated. Could this be the problem? I also used to be a real drug addict and have all sorts of sex problems during to being wasted, but I have been clean for 3 years. In that 3 years I have only had a few brief relationships, and I did ok sexually although I did lose my erection on occasion which I put down to nerves and performance anxiety - I always used to be wasted before I had sex before you see..
SO what do you reckon people..? Too much porn making me not feel attracted to ‘normal’ girls? Anxiety and nerves (which will be certainly worse next time now)? Or medical problems?? I think I’m going to cry…
And if those two combined things aren’t enough I have also started worrying about maybe I have something like Prostatis as I get a horrible dull ache in my groin after orgasm sometimes….

Worth the drive to a Boston Medical Group location?

I checked out all of the Boston Medical Group locations (http://www.bostonmedicalgroup.com/locations) - seems that you don’t have an office in Nevada. (I’m in Las Vegas)

My question is simple - is it worth the drive? I know that you often tout results as soon as the first visit, but honestly, how many times would I need to come in for treatment and how often? I might be willing to make the 4 hour drive from Vegas if it wasn’t going to be a weekly/monthly thing.

I am a 58 yr old man 5’10 @ 190#. I have been on two types of insulin for over 12 yrs(taken daily) Diabetic #1. I have also been taking high blood pressure medicine-10 mg daily. I cannot get an erection PERIOD. It has been over four years since I remember what it felt like. I cannot have relations with my wife. I cannot masturbate, other than yank on a noodle…eventually just giving up. My endocrinologist has tested my testosterone (said it was in the normal guidelines) but still issued a testosterone ointment to see if this could help. He has also over the years prescribed Viagra and Cialis. (Again nothing works). I have desire when I see a woman (or my wife) but that is now a moot issue because I cannot back up that desire, no matter how long or how wildly she tries to stimulate me. Four years of hell sexually, really weighs heavy on a man’s mind. Do I throw in the towel?

Big Problem

50 year old male here. Went to computer orientation and had to sit on this wood chair that put terrible pressure on my perenium (spot between testes and anus) for two days. It went completely numb 2 hours into the first day.

The result was that I haven’t had an erection in 3 weeks unless laying face down in bed at night sometimes one will come for a minute and then disappear, urine is musky all the time, and I’ve been on Cipro for just over 2 weeks now (500 mg 2x a day) which I picked up at an urgent care center where they said my prostatitis was boggy.

The prostatitis is healing up but the erections are not and the musky smell is in the urine. I suppose this is compression damage. I’m supposed to see a urologist at some point (waiting for authorization).

What do you think my chances of coming out of this normal are?

Is it considered ED if you can only last seconds or under a minute? I have no problem getting it up or even staying up. Its just once im in, its over before i get started.

Difficulty Achieving Orgasm

I have searched and found forums about PE but nothing about having difficulty achieving orgasm. I can achieve erection and as intensity grows it feels I am approaching orgasm. Then the intensity just abates. Sometimes the erection is lost at that point but most times not, I just don’t achieve orgasm. This can happen repeatedly for an hour or more. Girlfriend is understandably happy but I need to achieve orgasm more easily. Is something wrong? It hasn’t always been this way, only the last year or so. I am 56 yrs old. Is this part of aging?

Several days after finishing treatment for chlamydia, my erection still seems very soft. Is this common? How long does it take for erection to return to normal?

I’m curious, do treatment options like ICP cause burning during urination or any sort of discomfort after the treatment?
