I try to exercise and eat healthy as much as possible, but I was wondering how specifically what I eat affects the possibility of ED. Can eating certain foods strengthen my virility? Do some foods increase the chances of having ED? Any help here would be great!

I’ve actually been wondering about this too. I’ve been eating lots of fruits, just hoping it will help. And I have a feeling caffeine and sugar are detrimental. What does the doc say?

LimpRaider-

Great question!  Proper nutrition and excercise is very important to sexual health and overall health as well.  ED is the often the result of restricted blood flow because of diabetes, high-cholesterol, or other medical conditions.  Given that, it’s important to keep yourtself healthy, maintaining a healthy weight and diet that’s low in saturated fats, processed foods, and excessive sugar. By no means do you have to give up everything good, but even small strides to eat better and maintain a consistent workout regimen can go a long way.  There are a lot of great articles online that go into depth (much better than I can!)on this topic so doing some research on your own could be very helpful.
