Great question! Proper nutrition and excercise is very important to sexual health and overall health as well. ED is the often the result of restricted blood flow because of diabetes, high-cholesterol, or other medical conditions. Given that, it’s important to keep yourtself healthy, maintaining a healthy weight and diet that’s low in saturated fats, processed foods, and excessive sugar.
